Can I return my order?
We are only satisfied when you are. We use a return period of 14 days, in which you have the choice to exchange or return an item.
How do I register my return?
We do not have a complicated registration system for exchanges and returns. Please let us know that a return is on its way to us, for example by e-mail or by telephone. As soon as we have properly received your return, we will refund the purchase amount minus the shipping costs immediately.
How do I return a product?
You can return the product to us free of charge in our showroom in Berkel en Rodenrijs.
You can also return the product to us. The costs you pay for the return shipment depend on the postal company you choose. Please let us know with which postal company you returned the product.

What are the conditions for returning a product?
Is your order not to your liking? What a pity to hear. Of course we want to solve this quickly for you. You can return a product within 14 days of receipt. Our return service is possible for products that meet the following conditions
- The product is complete, in original condition and undamaged.
- The product will be carefully packaged and returned.
Which products can I not return?
Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from our return service. You can think of, among other things:
- The product has been adjusted to your personal preference
Can I also exchange my order?
If you want to exchange your order for another product, this is also possible. Return your order to us within 14 days or bring it to our showroom and let us know for which product you want to exchange it.
When will I receive my purchase amount back?
As soon as we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount. The return payment is almost always made the same day.
