When will my order be shipped?

After placing your order, we will immediately get to work for you. Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days. If we are purchasing, and your order is therefore shipped a little later, we will always mention this on the site.

Can I also pick up my order?

You can pick up your order in our showroom in Berkel en Rodenrijs by appointment. As soon as we receive your order, we will contact you to make an appointment.

What are the shipping costs?

The prices quoted do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart after you have added your products. We ship all our products well packaged with Post NL.

Can I track the status of my order?

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email from Post NL. Here you will find the track trace information with which you can follow the package to your front door. After receiving your order you have 14 days to change your mind.

When will my order be delivered?

Post NL often delivers the packages within the Netherlands the next working day. Packages to countries within the European Union are delivered on average within 3 to 5 working days. Packages to countries outside the European Union are delivered on average within 5 to 15 working days.

With which payment method can I pay?

We accept various payment methods, namely i-Deal, Bancontact, Apple Pay and Paypal. Would you rather receive an invoice that you pay by bank transfer? That is also no problem, please contact us.

Can I still change the delivery address after my order?

Accidentally entered the wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can easily change the delivery address for you.

Can I return my order?

We are only satisfied when you are. We use a return period of 14 days, in which you have the choice to exchange or return an item.
