The Danish architect Klaus Rath designed this candlestick for Stelton. The candlestick is made of polished stainless steel. The polished surface provides a beautiful reflection of light. For example, place a long row of candle holders in the center of the dining table for a small light show. This design is also referred to as Danish modern 2.0.
Papilio Uno Block candlestick
De Papilio Uno Blok candlesticks from Stelton bring a festive mood within your own four walls. Danish architect Klaus Rath has designed an organic and almost feminine-looking candlestick. History Stelton
Stellan and Carton created one of the most famous design brands in Denmark: Stelton. The name came about by merging their first names. Das Handelsunternehmen ursprünglich verkauft Sportschuhe und Möbel. Die Geschäfte kamen richtig in Schwung, als sie von einer kleinen Fabrik namens „Dansk Rustfrit“ in Fårevejle hörten.
Dansk Rustfrit produced popular serving parts in stainless steel. Nach Abschluss einer Vereinbarung mit Dansk Rustfrit brachte Stelton eine Saucenschüssel aus Edelstahl auf den Markt. This sauce bowl went like hotcakes at the Danish hardware stores, and the bowls became a big success outside of Denmark as well. In the years since, Stelton has grown into one of Denmark’s best-known design brands.
